Who did what plugin failing to include user contributions sometimes #89

We are a nonprofit science think tank doing research on academic collaborations, and we are using the who did what plugin for an Etherpad implementation integrated into our soon-to-be open-source collaboration platform.

The "who did what" plugin reads the Etherpad changeset for a given Etherpad, and is intended to output a condensed version of user contributions, ignoring those whose contributions are less than 1% of the character count of the Etherpad at a given point in time.

Most of the time, it works great/as expected, but we've noticed it has failed for a couple Etherpads. By fail, we mean that two or more users contributed more than 1% to the Etherpad, but the "who did what" version history only includes one user's contributions. We are attaching screenshots of the relevant Etherpads, and the outputted version histories. We are also happy to attach the changesets themselves.

We would appreciate any information on what is causing the plugin to fail for these two (and a few other) Etherpads, and either a fix or directions on how to fix/branch. Please let me know if there's any more information you need.
