We're looking to migrate to Vitest, it would be awesome to have guidance on how to use this package in Vitest rather than Jest

I'd like to support Vitest, but this may conflict with the Jest without globals PR #182

We made a fork at https://github.com/OxfordAbstracts/vitest-location-mock - but would be great if a single lib could support both testing libs.
