Description / Summary

I wish I was able to change the behavior of sphinx-copybutton so that they copy button is always visible.

Value / benefit

Invisible copy buttons may be overlooked by users.

I think the easiest way to support this is to document how custom CSS can be applied to the copy buttons, and to suggest people apply these rules on their own with an example. I opened up #142 to show this off. Lemme know what you think!
