Compile a list of existing detrending algorithms

We'll add them to the list and then make sure that we can run them.

At least @mrtommyb, @benmontet, @dawsonri and @aprsa have their own versions. Others?

We should include at least one version of the Holman/Ragozzine/Cruz/Ford
detrender (written in IDL).

Definitely. I know that Darin said that he asked a grad student to send the most recent version of the code… I'll make sure to ask him today.
