At six month interval, NCEI transfers the cumulative data package to archiving ingest, adds the new data to previous archive version and creates a new version
NCEI transfers latest archive package to publicly accessible OER server: https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/data/oceans/oer/video/
FathomNet receives notification of transfer to publicly accessible OER server
FathomNet scans https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/data/oceans/oer/video/ and updates URLs

Source is at MSU: https://oer.hpc.msstate.edu/FathomNet/staging/

Target is NOAA: https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/data/oceans/oer/video/
