Community Profile: add granularity

Consider changing the way “annotations’ and ‘verifications’ calculate for individual observers. My suggestions: ‘annotations’ should be re-named ‘frames reviewed’. A new number called ‘observations’ should be added. It should be the total number of bounding boxes observed. Observed is defined as all annotations where the observer is the last person to have “Identified” it. If no one has identified it, default to the “Submitted” person
