Store FormerAGB without Sending

Now the FormerAGB is only stored once the user clicks on Check AGBs. That makes comparison harder than necessary.

Solution:

• fill FormerAGB also from selected text in browser tab (if there is something selected).
• update most recent entry of FormerAGB if the Check AGBs button is pressed
