Provide a way to produce logs from Drizzle clients, and display that information in the UI

We would like to export a function that can hook into Drizzle's logging capabilities.

This logger should add some metadata to its logs, indicating it's related to Drizzle, and then we should use that information to render these logs with some special sauce in the UI.
