Basis and scikit-learn support for feature pytree

Composite basis objects (additive, multiplicative) don't work with our FeaturePytree right out of the box. Should look into the best way to support them.

Similarly, should figure out if we can make FeaturePytree work with the scikit-learn machinery, so we can use them for cross-validation.
