Wir könnten eine Statistik generieren, welche Artikel wie oft gekauft wurden.
In der Paletten-Auswahl könnte mensch dann die Artikel nach Beliebtheit sortieren. Vielleicht macht das die Palette einfacher. Zumindest könnte mensch so die Produkte aussortieren, die niemals bestellt wurden.

Man müsste noch mal darüber nachdenken, ob wir die "angeklickten" (gewünschten) Artikel oder die tatsächlich bestellten Artikel oder beides zählen wollen.

This is a rough translation of the German description above:

We could generate statistics, which articles have been ordered how often. This would permit us to sort articles according to popularity. Advantages might be:

  • clarity when ordering
  • sorting out articles

One open question: Which number should be taken into account (ordered units, delivered units, ...)?

Thanks for translating. Both serve different purposes: ordered units helps the foodcoop to fill packages of popular articles (even when they don't always reach the required order amount), delivered units shows members which products they are likely to get. (Assuming that there is some constancy in ordering behaviour.) Show both (e.g. "popularity" & "uptake"), or foodcoop config option?
