Customer - existing customer list from Erpnext doesn’t show up. How can this be achieved?

Helpdesk: v1.3.1
Frappe Framework: v15.51.1
ERPNext: v15.47.3

Installation method

FrappeCloud

Relevant log output / Stack trace / Full Error Message.

Yeah, this was also frustrating for me when I first used Frappe Helpdesk.
