• Events tab - List of Document Types and the associated Actions Taken
• Score and Substance tabs – verify list of the CASNO data
• RRP to provide a matrix of Actions Taken versus the Dates that must be populated. Example: Pending must have a Due Date.
• Status tab - Primary Funding Source

• Completed Outstanding Report – use all document types? provide a list to use
• Provide a list of Contact Types
• Status tab - provide verbiage to use for the new Checkbox related to “in stream water quality”
