Sidebar and main area should scroll independently

I have a large number of backup plans, and because of how UI is constructed it is difficult to use application efficiently. The issue is that the sidebar and main area of the app are scrolling together.
For instance, when I select a plan that's second-to-last, I have to scroll all the way back up to the top to view its details, and then scroll back down to access the last plan.

Describe the solution you'd like

I think it would be really helpful if the sidebar and main area of the app could scroll independently of each other. This would allow to easily view and switch between plans without having to constantly scroll up and down. For example, I could scroll through the plans in the sidebar while keeping the details of the selected plan visible in the main area. This would greatly improve the app's usability and make it easier to manage large number of backup plans.
