Use official RPM repository instead of EPEL #5

I wouldn't mind seeing this change but I don't use it with RedHat at the moment, but know lots of others do. I'd happily accept a pull request. |
let me investigate it a little bit more, I just found that the erlang rpm from the official site doesn't install on Amazon Linux but works on CentOS.. so it is not fully RHEL family compatible. |

It looks like #21 is failing. I tried updating all of the gems, and it looks like puppet 3.8 fails on Syck. We may need to look at which versions of ruby/puppet are supported. |

Would you mind update the module to use the official Erlang yum repository instead of epel ? I see R14 on epel and R16B03 in the official repo
