Would you mind update the module to use the official Erlang yum repository instead of epel ? I see R14 on epel and R16B03 in the official repo

I wouldn't mind seeing this change but I don't use it with RedHat at the moment, but know lots of others do. I'd happily accept a pull request.

let me investigate it a little bit more, I just found that the erlang rpm from the official site doesn't install on Amazon Linux but works on CentOS.. so it is not fully RHEL family compatible.

I've put in the PR for move away from EPEL to use the erlang-solutions repo

It looks like #21 is failing. I tried updating all of the gems, and it looks like puppet 3.8 fails on Syck. We may need to look at which versions of ruby/puppet are supported.
