Country (existing excerpt) - Guatemala & others not available #903

When one chooses Guatemala from the country list under existing excerpts the browser doesn't react instantly as it does normally.

Other countries nearby worked but repeated attempts for Guatemala produced the same result (or lack thereof).

Some random testing showed that the following names in the list also no not work:

Marshall Islands
Naura
Niue
Tokelau
Tonga
Tuvalu
American Samoa
various US states
Vanuatu
Zambales

Would be great to resolve this.
