Subject: [PATCH] GEOS-Chem 14.2.1 and HEMCO 3.7.1 release

This commit informs the GCClassic superproject about the following
commits that were pushed to the GEOS-Chem and HEMCO repositories:

542bb8fad GEOS-Chem (science codebase) 14.2.1 release
00aaf65 Update HEMCO 3.7.1 release date in CHANGELOG.md
ac46ac5 HEMCO 3.7.1 release

These are the official release commits of GEOS_Chem 14.2.1/HEMCO 3.7.1.
