Won't run as extension

Hi, I'm not sure if this project is still being updated or not, but It's not working for me as an unpacked chrome extension. Am I doing something wrong? I don't have much coding knowledge.

There’s no reported error when I add as an extension, it just doesn’t display the table. Im doing this correctly right? Unzip file, run whole file as unpacked extension?

Nothing special, I remember following these instructions to load the unpacked extension: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/extensions/mv2/getstarted/

I've added the extension to chrome, just can't see the table when I'm playing a game on Colonist.
