It will be useful to have a branch/patch of nr-catalog-tool that interfaces with and book-keeps the NR simulations that are run at ICTS-TIFR.

During a discussion with @prayush, it was suggested that a simple python-pandas API for viewing and handling these home-grown simulations would be sufficient.
