next steps for new edition of course

here are a few things to consider for revising the dPrep course for the new academic year.

• swap the data set for the team project: use of IMDb is limited, and Inside AirBnB have been used extensively in previous years; deliverable: recommendations for other data sets (can be SQL, e.g., in Big Query; but MUST have multiple tables, complex structure, some marketing relevance, e.g., e-commerce, streaming, etc.)
• think about ways to cut down workload for project @srosh2000); including making grading simpler simplify grading of projects #168 (@hannesdatta)

• port slide deck to Quarto & add illustrations/images where possible
• add plotting content in data prep part
• add "fun" data set to dprep parts
• other suggestions to improve workload
• add content on SSH authentication for GitHub
