Problem description

Currently, we are unable to create any type of user other than default SR in production environment.

Requirements

As Denis designed:

We should be able to implement this functionality which would allow us to create a user in production environment.

Definition of done

How do we know we've fully dealt with it?

What are the criteria by which we determine if the issue has been resolved?
