Are these language server errors the fault of Harper or Helix?

Hi, I am getting errors in the log of Harper language server, it seems to recover and continue working, but I am trying to narrow down some crashes that may or may not be related. Should I report these errors to Harper?

What would the log look like in verbose mode around lines like these? It looks like Harper may just be exiting quickly - after we send the shutdown request and/or exit notification. If it's shutting down (as it says on stderr) after responding to the shutdown request before receiving the exit notification that could explain the error: we might fail to send the exit notification if Harper has already terminated.

So this may be benign and we might be able to suppress these logs when we fail to send an exit notification.
