Summary

  1. Set a toggle button:
[keys.normal.space.t]
s   = ":toggle soft-wrap.enable"
  1. Try it:

  1. Enable softwrap
[editor.soft-wrap]
# enable = true

and now it works!

This is clearly a bug, was discovered here also: #10110 (reply in thread)
