Roadmap

I know we have a project section but I think that we need a better way to transform ideas into a legitimate roadmap, so we can focus on executing on advice and achieving real results.

I was thinking let's list some ideas, no commitments here but just a good list of features. Maybe we should also generate some sample data of what inputs and outputs exist

• Automatic customer research - I want to just say I have this problem what competitors exist, give me some key questions to ask customers, a talkable avatar with sample answers that I can play around with and hear possible answers, clear problem statement, a list of 25 potential first customers with contact information, and a template message with a tagged calendar system set up.
• List of identified market opportunities/communities about that - I know of Trends. But maybe having a list of ideas (or better a chatGPT with RAG of ideas to consult)
• Legal expertise - how to find a lawyer, key question to ask them, GPT for basic questions
• Feedback on idea - a way for founders to post about their idea, probably best to leverage sites with existing features like hacker news and reddit
• Hackathons - a chance for founders to get together and take the next step in their business plans
• Mentorship resources - guides for how to get mentors and manage out reach
• Venture capital - secrets of sandhill road
• Startup school - Ask questions and get quotes out, maybe llamaindex can help.
• Alex Hormozi - similar to startup school above but with an RSS feed
