Describe the bug

In QA, staging, and prod - submitted data page's treatment tab, column treatment_id is found in the table, but it's not a dictionary field.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to any programs in QA, such as https://platform-ui.qa.argo.cancercollaboratory.org/submission/program/DATA-CA/clinical-data?tab=treatment
  2. Click on the Treatment tab
  3. Scroll to the right
  4. See treatment_id column:

Expected behaviour

There shouldn't be a treatment_id column in the treatment table.
