File Templates Error from Data Dictionary Front-end #427

Clicking > Download file templates gives the following error:

GET /clinical/template/all

The API route is working fine from the swagger:

I believe the URL just needs to be updated; https://api.platform.icgc-argo.org/clinical/proxy/template/all works (/proxy is missing)
