Note: This issue is with Live 12. I can't test with Live 11 since I'm blind. Be very comfortable to close that issue since AbletonOSC is not officially supported for Live 12. That said, it really works fine with 12.
So, is it possible that the script doesn't work on the Ableton side when the main menu is open? I'm sending a request to identify the devices every 3 seconds, and when the main menu is open, these requests don't respond and accumulate. Then, they are sent back at a very high rate. Thank you!
The request that's being sent is:
/live/track/get/devices/name'"

Hi @Daretreble, thanks for the report. I've not seen this before, but have just hold of Live 12 so will be able to try to reproduce this (and will more generally be verifying performance with Live 12). Will get back to you and let you know what I find...
so.. .it's not Ableton Settings. maybe you're saying that while the main menu (topbar menus) is open, then nothing happens? is this it:
(an image of the top menu open, in this case, View)
i could fully understand that that doesn't work, but hopefully there's a workaround for this.
