Describe the issue

As brought up in #433, the "Source code of this service" link on the About page points to https://github.com/ietf-tools/ which should've been https://github.com/ietf-tools/bibxml-service according to https://github.com/microamp/bibxml-service/blob/main/docs/howto/run-in-production.rst.
