Use a plugin or its alternative https://wordpress.org/plugins/options-framework/ ([options overview] (https://www.wpexplorer.com/wordpress-theme-panel-options-frameworks/)) for the settings page (it is necessary that there was not an ugly settings interface, and that we spend a minimum of effort on adding new options)
Change the settings to enable or disable the subscription to all hooks with which we work
