Relative risks of dietary risk factors on diseases

We need to establish pathways from dietary risk factors to diseases and provide relative risks for each pathway.

The list of dietary risk factors is:

• Diet high in processed meat;
• Diet high in red meat;
• Diet low in fibre;
• Diet low in fruits and vegetables;
• Diet low in polyunsaturated fatty acids;
• Diet high in sodium;
• Diet low in legumes.
