Use Case

Instead of using the inputs.fritzbox plugin as an external one, make it an internal plugin.

Expected behavior

Plugin inputs.fritzbox is distributed as part of core telegraf package and runs as part of the core telegraf process.

Actual behavior

Plugin can only be used as an external plugin and must be installed separately.
