@sippsack, @thfro, what about "Enterprise Integration Patterns" as a reference to chapter 1?

Looking at the references for chapter 1, there are four in there already that are not listed in the general references. @thfro, that's probably something something you put in there?

Closing this when approved. @thfro's dangling references are still in there, but they are covered by #30.
