Confirmed infection - PID Upload

As a user with a confirmed infection I want to upload my PIDs to warn others or to help my country's CDC.

• I want to be able to upload a list of UUIDs.

Verification - PID Upload

As a user who wants to be warned I don't want to receive false positives and get into a panic.

• I want the server to ensure nobody can report forged positive test results.
• I want the server to ensure nobody can upload their UUIDs from when they were no longer infective.
• I want the server to ensure people can only ever upload their own UUIDs.
• I want the server to ensure nobody can impersonate other people when reporting themselves as a contact.

Contact - PID Upload

As a user who has been warned that they have been in contact with an infected user I want to upload my PIDs to warn others and to help my country's CDC.
