No way to disable info logs

Describe the bug

I don't see an option to disable the info loggings implemented with the diary package. My console looks bloated now. I'd like to have a way to disable those logs printing out on every received message.

Reproduction

Simple client should be enough to reproduce it

Just found a similar issue opened for the diary itself. I think this ticket is dependent on that one maraisr/diary#24
