Due to how terraform interacts with S3 objects that are encrypted, we designed a new way of indexing the latest puppet manifest to be used whilst keeping the history of manifests used.
During this migration we kept the old puppet object path to ensure backwards compatibility and smooth upgrading. This should now be safe to remove.
