[UX] Join Establishment #20

Modal to select City
On selection, modal should be hidden and field with autocomplete field should be visible.
In autocomplete field, user should be able to select existing Establishment.
Submit Button to join establishment

In future, we might give option to create Establishment

User lands over here: app.yaarpool.com/establishment/join

Assumptions:

User is already logged in.
2.1 User has city
2.2 User does not have city selected
2.2.1 Modal - show city to select
Select Establishment from the Autocomplete Select Field.
3.1 [Enhancement Feature] Show Details of Establishment on Same page
