Add GUI for configuration

Right now, rkill uses a command line interface for configuring options, which is great for adjusting tactics during hunting, but can be troublesome for more involved setup (e.g. large target priority lists, complex command sequences, etc.) It'd be nice to have a GUI to be able to work on some of the more complicated setup.
