New triage group - 1st cohort of members

Context

As discussed in the last OCWM (json-schema-org/community#803), we must provide processes to enable active contributors to commit to the project. This is why we have created the Triage Team, allowing active contributors to get more involved in a superior step in the contribution ladder.

Proposal

After receiving their proposal I'd like to ask the TSC for approval to add @aialok @DhairyaMajmudar and @DarhkVoyd as the first members of the triage group.
