Give error fork/exec /usr/local/bin/wkhtmltoimage: permission denied

Hello,
I want to use this package but when I run the code then got fork/exec /usr/local/bin/wkhtmltoimage: permission denied error every time.
I have also tried the permission change with this command "chmod +x /usr/local/bin/wkhtmltoimage". But it still gives the error. Can you please help me in this.
