Add the following functions and corresponding tests:

Get IQ Server configuration: GET /beta/iq
IQ Server configuration: PUT /beta/iq Update
Disable IQ Server: POST /beta/iq/disable
Enable IQ Server: POST /beta/iq/enable
Verify IQ Server connection: POST /beta/iq/verify-connection
