transcr.: 3rd column highlighting

General:
When hovering (or currently: clicking), for

• note type pagination - highlight only the fw element with change value referred to in the note's corresp attribute.
• notes type change - highlight mostly everything, including pagination and printInstruction with change value referred to in the note's corresp attribute.
  • On a typewriter page (that is not pb type witnessPrint),
    • don't highlight note elements change="#typewriter"
    • don't highlight metamark rendition="#typescriptFont" change="#typewriter"
• notes type printInstruction - when hovering above /clicking on the "Markierung für den Druck " text block, highlight all vertical lines (by making them thicker/color change)
• note type tpqAdd / Base - ok as is.

Bugs:

• Seems not to work for metamark function=relocation (see page 5, should be highlighted with other inkOnProofKK stuff.
• Seems not to include hi, e.g. with change="#pencilOnProof"
