Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Mange har allerede laget ROS-analyser i excel og ønsker å ta i bruk kodenær RoS. Ønsker derfor en feature for å laste opp en excel-fil, prosessere infoen og generere RoS i plugin.

Bruk initalize-ros backend siden dette er domenet-spesifikt.
