error on converting cardinal data to msimat format for mass2adduct

On running the comment to convert cardinal object to msimat format, error occurs, perhaps the code is incompatible with the recent version of Cardinal.

Yes the issue is compatibility with the newer versions of Cardinal. This project is unfortunately no longer actively developed, so I am unable to offer a fully tested fix. However another user has found a potential workaround (issue #5 ).
