Implement script that wil analyze or propose settings for snapper TIMELINE values according to the recommendations in "Tuning periodic snapshotting".

analyze:

scan all snapper configs on the system
try to match to the closest preset
present results in a human readable form

propose:

print values of the proposed settings for a given profile
allow dry-run or apply the settings
