• The main header is in front of the admin menu

• Check that threaded comments are displayed correctly
• Convert "Add a contribution", "New Embedded Asset (sub clip)" and "Embed a Sample" to buttons
• Improve the format of the Asset page
• Improve the format of the User page (especially when the user has a picture)

Many of the formatting changes (e.g. styling the user page and fixing the admin menu) will require SASS or CSS and not worth doing at this stage.

The threading of the comments is a know issue in the Bootstrap theme https://www.drupal.org/node/2109369 and it looks like it will require either SASS changes or a new template file.

The admin menu does not display properly on non administration pages because the header has a z-index of 1000 placing it over the top of the drop down menus.

I have made the asset actions display as default buttons so that the button text is readable.
I have moved the Create Sync request and Create Claim request buttons inside the same

to make them appear side. The remaining changes will require SASS /CSS changes.
