3.13.0 release signed with different package name

Was this posted anywhere? standalone was added making it start up as a new application losing the old library.

At least on Samsung this causes some weirdness with only one Kiwix entry in the application list. I was only able to open the 3.12 since I had it pinned to the home screen.

@MohitMaliFtechiz Please write a section in the README explaining the two variants of the app we have to answer the what? why? how? questions.
