It can be possible as something like "if on end of url is /, then do not post notification" - is this possible?

Could you try $wgDiscordExcludeNotificationsFrom = [ 'Translations:' ]; or $wgDiscordExcludeNotificationsFrom = [ '/en' ];? I don't know it is a spec 😃
