基于https://github.com/CNSRE/ABTestingGateway 实现基本的灰度发布策略，并基于此二次开发动态增删查改策略的服务，用户可以自定义灰度策略。
灰度发布流程。

用户在ABTestingGateway中添加自己灰度策略
用户根据自己的灰度策略在应用中生成对应的名单，并将数据存放在策略位置，如url,cookie,header,ip .etc
在console中填写灰度发布参数(divtype, divdata, instances .etc)进行灰度发布
deployd根据灰度发布参数生成对应的灰度容器，并将数据写入etcd
webrouter根据etcd数据动态更改路由配置
停止灰度，则删除对应的容器，升级则将应用升级后删除灰度容器
