☂️Umbrella bounty for a bunch of small improvements targeted to streamline the getUnspent helper.

Scope

• feat: make address param to be optional getUnspent: make address param to be optional #137
• fix: fails if color is a number getUnspent: fails if color is a number #138
• deprecate getUnspentAll deprecate getUnspentAll #139
• support colorOrAddress for RPC calls RPC: allow to optionally pass token address instead of the color leap-node#325
• update docs RPC: update docs for getUnspent docs#41

Deliverables

• updated code passed through linter
• updated unit tests. Tests should pass, coverage should not decrease.
• updated typedef
• updated docs. Build docs locally to check they rendered correctly.
