Links to granul8 and modal are broken

Both of these links return a 404 page. I also wasn't able to find these synths anywhere through search engines.

Thanks for pointing it out! Seems the links got broken when the IDMIL changed their website, I'll contact someone there.

Maybe we should just move the synths to GitHub – perhaps as part of the libmapper-contrib <https://github.com/libmapper/libmapper-contrib> repo?

Ok, it seems those synths are available at the following URLs:

I think indeed we'll move them to github.
