Renaming sidebar bookmarks regression

We seem to have lost the ability to right click bookmarks in the sidebar, and rename them

I cant rule it out being a KDE issue, but I notice the latest nemo release made changes to sidebar bookmarks, so it's more likely a regression

There was no relavent output in xsession log, or when launching nemo from CLI

Steps to reproduce

Right any bookmark in sidebar, click Rename - no response

Bookmarks Menu -> Edit Bookmarks still works fine though

Expected behavior

Show prompt for new bookmark name
